IICA Inaugurates Certification Program for Senior Defence Officers
The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) has launched its third certification program for senior defence officers in collaboration with the Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defence. The two-week program aims to prepare 30 senior officers for roles as Independent Directors in corporate governance, emphasizing the importance of military values such as trust and integrity. Keynote speakers highlighted the convergence of corporate and military leadership, aiming to leverage the expertise of defence officers in the corporate sector.
