The Department of Science and Technology (DST) through its SEED Division has supported 214 projects aimed at socio-economic development for disadvantaged communities including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Women, Economically Weaker Sections, Divyangjan, and the elderly. These projects focus on agriculture, health, clean energy, and skill development, leading to improved livelihoods and community empowerment. Regular monitoring and evaluation ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives, adapting to regional needs and enhancing social impact.
