Implementation of Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission for Tribal Progress

Union Minister Shri Jual Oram announced the ongoing initiatives under the Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission (PMJVM) through TRIFED, focusing on better livelihood opportunities for tribal communities in the country. This includes the provisioning of Minimum Support Price for Minor Forest Produce and establishment of Van Dhan Vikas Kendras for value addition and marketing. As of date, significant financial support has been disbursed to state governments for these efforts.
