Inauguration of Mega Camp for Digital Life Certificates
On November 7, 2025, Shri V Srinivas, Secretary (P&PW), inaugurated a Mega Camp organized by Punjab National Bank in Delhi as part of the Nationwide DLC Campaign 4.0. The initiative aims to empower pensioners digitally by facilitating the submission of Digital Life Certificates (DLCs) through Face Authentication, enhancing their Ease of Living. Over 200 DLCs were generated during the camp, with significant participation from pensioners, especially those aged over 90 and 100 years. The campaign runs from November 1 to 30, 2025, across 39 cities and 185 locations, aiming to reach pensioners in remote areas.
