Inauguration of Mega Pensioners' Camp for Digital Life Certificate

On November 3, 2025, Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, inaugurated a Mega Pensioners' Camp in Delhi, organized by the State Bank of India. The event was part of the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0, aimed at empowering pensioners through digital submission of life certificates. Over 500 Digital Life Certificates were generated during the camp, utilizing a Face Authentication technique that allows for convenient and remote submission, significantly benefiting aged and sick pensioners.
