Inauguration of Second Batch of NAKSHA Capacity Building Programme

The Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, will inaugurate the second batch of phase 2 of the NAKSHA Capacity Building Programme on June 16, 2025. This initiative aims to train 128 ULB-level and district officers from 74 Urban Local Bodies in leveraging geospatial technologies for urban property surveys. The training will take place at four Centres of Excellence and is part of a broader effort to modernize land records in response to India's growing urban population.
