Increase in Non-Institutional Care Assistance for Children

In FY 2024-25, there has been a 40.23% increase in the number of children receiving assistance under the Non-Institutional care of the Mission Vatsalya scheme compared to FY 2023-24. A total of 1,70,895 children are supported under Non-Institutional Care, while 76,882 children receive Institutional Care. The initiative includes a 24/7 Child Helpline for emergency support, integrated with other emergency services across all states and UTs.
