India and ADB Sign $800 Million Loan Agreements for Key Development Projects

The Government of India has inked loan agreements worth over $800 million with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for various infrastructure and development projects across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Assam. This collaboration includes the Maharashtra Power Distribution Enhancement for Agricultural Solarization, Indore Metro Rail Project, and Gujarat Skills Development Programme, alongside a $1 million technical assistance grant for improving wetland ecosystems in Assam.
