India and Brazil Launch Maitri 2.0 for Agri-Innovation

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has launched the second edition of the Brazil–India Cross-Incubation Programme in Agritech, known as Maitri 2.0, in New Delhi. This initiative aims to strengthen the partnership between India and Brazil in agricultural innovation, emphasizing a two-way learning platform for co-creation. Key figures, including ICAR DG Dr. M.L. Jat and Brazilian Ambassador Kenneth Nobrega, highlighted the importance of collaboration in addressing global food security and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
