India and Guyana Reaffirm Ties and Explore New Partnerships
The Vice-President of Guyana, H.E. Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo, recently visited India to meet with the Vice-President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, in New Delhi. During discussions at Uprashtrapati Bhavan, the two leaders explored strengthening their bilateral relationship across numerous sectors, including healthcare, digital governance, and logistics. They also expressed mutual interests in cricket, and reiterated their commitment to enhancing the voice of developing countries at international forums like the United Nations Security Council and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
