India-France Enhance Defence Partnership at 6th Annual Dialogue

At the 6th India-France Annual Defence Dialogue in Bengaluru, the Ministry of Defence of India, led by Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh, and the Ministry of the Armed Forces of France, represented by Ms Catherine Vautrin, renewed their defence cooperation agreement for another ten years. The two nations emphasized stronger defence collaboration, reciprocal officer deployments, and joint ventures, including the manufacturing of Hammer missiles in India. They also discussed leveraging the India-EU Security & Defence Partnership to reinforce regional stability and strengthen Indo-French strategic alignment.
