India Launches 'Your Money, Your Right' Campaign for Unclaimed Assets
The Indian government has initiated a nationwide campaign, 'Your Money, Your Right,' to address the settlement of unclaimed financial assets such as bank deposits and insurance. The campaign, which runs from October to December 2025, operates under the 3A Framework—Awareness, Accessibility, and Action—and is being held in 477 districts across India. Financial regulators like RBI and SEBI are involved, providing platforms for citizens to claim unclaimed funds, successfully recovering approximately ₹2,000 crore so far.
