During a state visit to India, the Prime Minister of Mauritius, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed various bilateral projects. They agreed on several initiatives, including the construction of a new hospital, an AYUSH Centre, and a veterinary school, with an estimated cost of USD 215 million. Additional projects, such as the completion of an ATC tower and development of infrastructure, are estimated at USD 440 million. India will also provide budgetary assistance of USD 25 million for the current financial year.
