India Post Extends Export Benefits to MSMEs and Small Exporters Through Postal Channel

The Department of Posts, under the Ministry of Communications, has implemented export benefits such as Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, and RoSCTL for exports through the postal channel. This initiative, effective from 15 January 2026, aims to facilitate small exporters, MSMEs, and start-ups in accessing global markets with reduced costs and enhanced competitiveness. With over 1,013 Dak Ghar Niryat Kendras, the postal channel now provides end-to-end export solutions including customs clearance, digital documentation, and real-time tracking.
