India Post has launched the Advanced Postal Technology (APT) application as part of its digital transformation under IT 2.0. The rollout, which includes over 1.64 lakh post offices, faced initial slowness on the first day but was resolved quickly. The APT system enhances transaction speed, digital payment integration, and user experience, with over 20 lakh articles booked and 25 lakh delivered on the second day.
