India Showcases Science & Technology Advances to Foreign Media
The Department of Science and Technology (DST) of India recently hosted over 40 foreign media journalists from Central Asia, Europe, and North America on a familiarization visit to India, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs. The purpose was to showcase India's progress and leadership in Science, Technology, and Innovation. Secretary Prof. Abhay Karandikar highlighted major national missions and India’s integrated approach to an evolving science and technology ecosystem. Extensive discussions covered India’s growth in new technologies, policy reforms, and opportunities for global partnerships.
