India Showcases Tourism at World Travel Market 2025

The Ministry of Tourism of India, along with 30 stakeholders, participated in the World Travel Market 2025 in London, highlighting India's cultural diversity and tourism offerings. Over recent years, India has seen a significant increase in international tourist arrivals (ITAs), from 63.37 lakh in 2020 to 205.69 lakh in 2024. Additionally, employment in the tourism sector has risen, supporting economic growth. Despite the upward trends, State/UT-specific ITA data remains limited.
