Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre Enhances Cybersecurity in India
The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been a pivotal force in enhancing India's cybersecurity capability since its establishment in 2018. The Centre supports state and union territory agencies in combating cybercrime and has recently implemented various platforms and initiatives, including the Citizen Financial Cyber Fraud Reporting and Management System which has saved over Rs. 8,189 crore. The launch of the Suspect Registry and the Samanvaya Platform further solidifies a unified approach towards law enforcement in cybercrime across the nation.
