Indian Defence Exports Surge to Record Rs 38,424 crore

India's defence exports soared to an unprecedented Rs 38,424 crore in the Financial Year 2025-26, marking a significant 62.66% increase from the previous fiscal year. The Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) saw export growth of 151%, while private sector contributions increased by 14%. This achievement aligns with PM Narendra Modi's vision to elevate India to a leading global defence exporter. The rise in exports reflects the growing global acceptance of Indian defence products and enhanced integration into international supply chains.
