Indian Navy Establishes New Recruitment Centre at Karwar

The Indian Navy has inaugurated a new recruitment centre at INS Kadamba in Karwar, marking it as the tenth recruitment establishment in India. The centre aims to enhance recruitment efforts and strengthen the Navy's presence on the Western Seaboard. The first recruitment drive for the 01/2026 Agniveer batch is scheduled from November 10 to 15, 2025, with comprehensive planning and coordination with local authorities to ensure a smooth process. This initiative provides opportunities for youth from Karnataka, Southern Maharashtra, and Goa to join the Navy.
