Indian Navy Strengthens Ties with Mozambique Navy
The Indian Navy's First Training Squadron (1TS) concluded a four-day port visit to Maputo, Mozambique, from September 16-19, 2025. The visit included joint training exercises with the Mozambique Navy, community outreach programs, and high-level interactions between naval officials. Activities aimed at enhancing operational interoperability and fostering mutual understanding were conducted, including joint diving operations and medical camps. The visit reinforced India's commitment to peace and stability in the Indian Ocean Region and strengthened bilateral ties with Mozambique.
