He announced the development of four Hydrogen Valleys across India, backed by a ₹485 crore investment, to demonstrate the complete hydrogen value chain. The newly launched ₹1 lakh crore Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme aims to enhance deep-tech and clean energy innovation, fostering collaboration among government, industry, and academia. Dr. Singh highlighted India's leadership in clean energy and its commitment to achieving a sustainable future by 2047.
