Union Minister Nitin Gadkari unveiled India's first Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) barrier-less tolling system at the Chorayasi Toll Plaza on NH-48 in Gujarat. This system aims to modernize India's National Highway infrastructure and enhance efficiency through advanced technologies like Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and FASTag. Designed to reduce travel time, decongest highways, and lower emissions, MLFF represents a step towards digitizing India's tolling ecosystem and improving the ease of business across the country.
