India's GDP Projected to Grow by 7.4% in FY 2025-26, Driven by Service Sector

The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has released the First Advance Estimates of India's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Real GDP is expected to grow by 7.4% compared to 6.5% in the previous fiscal year. The Services Sector significantly contributes to this growth, with a major increase noted in Financial, Real Estate, and Professional Services. Nominal GDP is projected to rise by 8.0%.
