India's Progress in Green Hydrogen and Bio-Manufacturing Sectors

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and Department of Biotechnology (DBT) have achieved significant advancements in green hydrogen production and bio-manufacturing. CSIR has developed key technologies for hydrogen fuel cells and electrolyzers. Meanwhile, the DBT's Bio-RIDE scheme supports bio-manufacturing and entrepreneurship, promoting bio-based alternatives. The Government of India's National Green Hydrogen Mission aims to establish India as a global hub for green hydrogen.
