INSA and NIScPR Collaborate on Advancing Science Policy in India

The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and the National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR) have formed a strategic partnership to enhance science communication and policy research in India. Through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on 10 February 2026, both institutions aim to foster collaborative research and strengthen evidence-based policymaking. The partnership, celebrated by key figures like Dr. Brajesh Pandey and Prof. Shekhar C. Mande, will focus on activities such as joint publications, capacity-building, and stakeholder engagement to develop a robust STI policy ecosystem in India.
