Interim Suspension of New Telecom Applications
The Ministry of Communications has announced an interim suspension of new applications for licenses, registrations, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NoC) during the transition to the new authorisation regime under the Telecommunications Act, 2023. This suspension will take effect from November 10, 2025, until the new authorisation framework is notified. Existing applications submitted before this date will continue to be processed.
