International Certificate Program on Heritage and Indigenous Textiles

The Ministry of Textiles, in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, is hosting a two-week International Certificate program on 'Heritage and Indigenous Textiles' from August 18 to 29, 2025, at the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology in Varanasi. The program, attended by 26 participants from 16 countries, aims to explore India's rich textile heritage and the role of handlooms in global trade. Dr. M.
