Jitendra Singh Urges Judiciary to Support Central Administrative Tribunal

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh emphasized the need to reduce avoidable appeals in higher courts to uphold the Central Administrative Tribunal's (CAT) mandate of providing speedy justice. Speaking at the 10th All India Conference of CAT, he called for judicial volunteers to assist in CAT assignments and highlighted the importance of technology, including AI, in modernizing case management. The Chief Justice of India and other officials supported the need for reforms to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the tribunal's operations.
