July 2025 CPGRAMS Report Highlights

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 39th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for July 2025. A total of 1,47,902 grievances were redressed, maintaining a monthly disposal rate above 1 lakh for the 37th consecutive month. The report also noted 63,073 new user registrations and highlighted the performance of various ministries in the Grievance Redressal Assessment and Index (GRAI).
