June 2025 CPGRAMS Report Highlights

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 38th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for June 2025. A total of 1,34,540 grievances were redressed, marking the 36th consecutive month of over 1 lakh cases disposed. The Department of Land Resources, Department of Telecommunications, and Department of Posts led in Group A rankings, while the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, and Ministry of Ayush topped Group B. The average grievance disposal time was 15 days, with 58,502 new users registered in June.
