The two-day District Level Philatelic Exhibition 'KartavyaPEX-2025' was inaugurated by postal and government officials in New Delhi, showcasing Delhi's historical transition from Indraprastha to the modern capital through rare stamps and collections. This event aims to promote philately among children, featuring over 39 participants with collections across 76 frames. Over 500 students are expected to attend and participate in activities including stamp design and philatelic workshops, promoting appreciation for India's rich cultural heritage through stamps.
