Khelo India University Games 2025: A Celebration of Youth and Sports

The Khelo India University Games (KIUG) 2025 were inaugurated by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, who emphasized the potential of young athletes as the hope of 1.4 billion Indians. The event, taking place from November 24 to December 5 across seven cities in Rajasthan, features 4448 athletes from 222 universities competing for 296 gold medals in 23 sports. The games aim to promote university-level sports and nurture future Olympians, showcasing India's commitment to becoming a global sporting power by 2047.
