Launch of Guidelines for Co-location of Anganwadi Centres with Schools

The Ministry of Women and Child Development, in collaboration with the Department of School Education & Literacy, will launch guidelines for co-locating Anganwadi Centres with primary schools on September 3, 2025. This initiative aims to enhance Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and provide operational clarity for over 2.9 lakh existing co-located centres, supporting the Prime Minister's vision for a robust human capital foundation in Viksit Bharat.
