The initiative will be inaugurated during the first-ever Gyan Bharatam International Conference from September 11-13, 2025, in New Delhi, gathering over 1,100 participants including scholars and cultural practitioners. The initiative aims to create a comprehensive framework for manuscript preservation, digitisation, and global accessibility, aligning with the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India by 2047.
