Launch of ‘Know Your DIGIPIN’ and ‘Know Your PIN Code’ Web Portals

The Ministry of Communications has launched two digital platforms, ‘Know Your DIGIPIN’ and ‘Know Your PIN Code’, aimed at modernizing India's addressing system and enhancing geospatial governance. These platforms support the National Geospatial Policy 2022 and provide users with tools to retrieve and verify their digital postal index numbers and PIN codes based on geolocation. The initiatives aim to improve logistics, emergency response, and service delivery, particularly in rural areas, while promoting public participation for continuous improvement.
