Launch of Nationwide Financial Awareness Campaign in India

Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman launched the nationwide financial awareness campaign "आपकी पूँजी, आपका अधिकार" in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The campaign aims to raise awareness about unclaimed financial assets, emphasizing the importance of reclaiming hard-earned savings for education and empowerment. The initiative will cover all districts across India from October to December 2025, featuring digital demonstrations and helpdesks to assist citizens in tracing and claiming their unclaimed assets.
