Launch of Special Campaign 5.0 by CPWD

The Government of India has initiated Special Campaign 5.0 aimed at promoting cleanliness (Swachhata) and reducing pending tasks. The preparatory phase runs from September 15-30, 2025, followed by the implementation phase from October 2-31, 2025. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is developing an action plan for cleanliness in its offices nationwide, focusing on record reviews, space management, and e-waste management. Nodal officers have been appointed to oversee the campaign, which will also be promoted through social media.
