The campaign aims to institutionalize cleanliness (Swachhata) and reduce pendency in all Government of India offices. The preparatory phase will run from September 15-30, 2025, followed by the implementation phase from October 2-31, 2025. The campaign has previously generated significant revenue through scrap disposal and will focus on best practices in waste management and public service delivery.
