Secretary Shri Devesh Chaturvedi administered the Swachhta Pledge and emphasized cleanliness across all departmental offices. The campaign focuses on community participation and includes initiatives like Safai Mitra Suraksha Shivirs and transformation of neglected cleanliness areas.
