Launch of Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan at ICAR-IIHR

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has initiated a nationwide pre-Kharif campaign named 'Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan' from May 29 to June 12, 2025. This program involves collaboration with various agricultural institutions and aims to engage with farmers across India. In Karnataka, over 70 interdisciplinary teams are actively visiting farms to gather feedback and develop research programs tailored to farmers' needs. The program will culminate in an event at ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru, on June 8, 2025, where the Union Agriculture Minister will address and interact with farmers.
