The awards aim to recognize civil servants' contributions across three categories: Holistic Development of Districts, Aspirational Blocks Programme, and Innovations for Central Ministries/Departments. Nominations are open until November 15, 2025, with a total of 16 awards to be given, including a trophy, scroll, and a monetary incentive of Rs. 20 lakhs for the awarded districts or organizations.
