Mauritius PM to Strengthen Ties with India in September Visit

The Prime Minister of Mauritius, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, is scheduled for an official state visit to India from September 9-16, 2025. This will be the Prime Minister's first bilateral visit to India in his current term and follows his prior engagement in 2014. During the visit, he will meet President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss enhancing the 'Enhanced Strategic Partnership' between India and Mauritius. Dr. Ramgoolam will also visit important cities including Mumbai and Varanasi.
