MCA21 V3 Launch and Helpdesk Achievements

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched the MCA21 Version 3 (V3) portal, which supports the Ease of Doing Business by enhancing compliance and transparency. The new version has implemented several functionalities and processed approximately 3.84 crore filings from 2021 to 2025. A robust helpdesk mechanism was established to address grievances, boasting a high success rate with 98% of the 3,16,877 tickets resolved in the FY 2025-26 alone. These efforts show a significant move towards improved business processes and efficiency.
