MeitY and Reliance Foundation Launch e-SafeHER to Empower Rural Women with Cybersecurity Knowledge

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with Reliance Foundation and C-DAC Hyderabad, has launched 'e-SafeHER,' a program aimed to train one million rural women across India in cybersecurity awareness over the next three years. The initiative leverages the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Programme and aims to foster gender-responsive, cyber-safe digital inclusion, with an initial rollout in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha.
