The Department of Pensions and Pensioners’ Welfare successfully concluded its Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 to enhance the welfare of pensioners through digital means. Held between November and March, the campaign achieved significant milestones, including the generation of 1.91 crore Digital Life Certificates (DLCs), with over 1.16 crore utilizing Face Authentication Technology. Extensive collaboration led to doorstep services for over 14 lakh aged and differently-abled pensioners, reinforcing the drive towards digital empowerment and accessibility across India.
