The Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, is set to launch Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2025. This campaign follows the success of previous campaigns and aims to address various administrative tasks including record management, cleanliness, and space management. The previous campaign, Special Campaign 4.0, resulted in the disposal of over 65,000 files and generated significant revenue through the auctioning of scrap material and cleanliness drives.
