The Ministry of Cooperation has established three national-level multi-state cooperative societies focusing on Exports, Organic produce, and quality seeds. These societies aim to enhance the cooperative sector by increasing exports, promoting indigenous seed production, and marketing organic products. The National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) will facilitate exports, the Bharatiya Beej Sahkari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) will focus on quality seed production, and the National Cooperative Organics Limited (NCOL) will market organic products. These initiatives are expected to boost the rural economy and promote self-reliance in agriculture.
