Ministry of Defence Enhances Counter-Terrorism Capability with ₹2,000 Crore Contracts

The Ministry of Defence has finalized thirteen emergency procurement contracts worth ₹1,981.90 crore to bolster the Indian Army's counter-terrorism operations. The contracts include advanced equipment such as drone detection systems, air defense systems, and various types of vehicles and protective gear, aimed at enhancing operational readiness and situational awareness for troops in counter-terrorism environments.
