Ministry of Home Affairs Establishes Support Wing for Ex-Agniveers

The Ministry of Home Affairs has been allotted the task of coordinating activities for the progress of Ex-Agniveers as per an amendment in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961. An Ex-Agniveer wing and cell have been created under the Ministry to facilitate coordination, monitoring, and policy formulation for their rehabilitation. This initiative was announced by the Minister of State, Shri Nityanand Rai, in the Lok Sabha.
